    回鍋炒肉絲

      今天我們要來分享的一道料理是「回鍋炒肉絲」。各位婆婆媽媽們的
    冰箱裡是不是都會有一些昨天晚上沒吃完剩下的菜呢?剩下的菜怕不好吃
    、丟掉怕浪費。別擔心,發揮巧思又是一道佳餚美食!首先熱一下油鍋,
    加橄欖油一匙,讓油加熱,等一下我們在炒的時候,肉絲才能又軟又嫩又
    焦香。接著爆一點大蒜,增加一些口感,然後把肉絲丟入鍋中,讓她快速
    的翻炒一下,然後加入之前的剩菜,大火快炒一個月,喜歡吃辣的朋友們
    記得切一點朝天椒,保證夠味又下飯!好,現在這道「回鍋炒肉絲」已經
    完成了。短短一個月,又是一道讓家裡的大朋友小朋友都搶著吃的美食,
